Bangalore Whitewashes Rajasthan; Victory By 7 Wickets.

RCB beats RR by 7 wickets in yesterday’s match held at Dubai International Stadium.

“We got a great start but couldn’t capitalise ”,  admits Royals skipper Sanju Samson . RR had promised a lot. Even if their talented captain Sanju Samson is in the runs, and is in luck for the Orange Cap,could not make it on the 43rd match at Dubai.RCB defeated RR chasing 149 where they made a 153 with 17 balls in hand. Recently, the Royals haven’t quite been able to go to the next level.

Glenn Maxwell made a tight impact for Royal Challengers Bangalore as they defeated Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets, bringing up his half century in 30 balls. Maxwell partnered with KS Bharat after Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal were dismissed early. Bharat was dismissed by Mustafizur Rahman for 44 but Maxwell smashed Chris Morris for 22 runs in the next over to finish the run chase. Rajasthan Royals’ suffered a middle-order fall after opening batsmen Evin Lewis and Yashasvi Jaiswal gave the team an outstanding start. Harshal Patel dismissed Riyan Parag, Chris Morris, and Chetan Sakariya in the final over as RR finished at 149/9 in 20 overs.

RCB has made it to the 3rd, so this year’s IPL has so many unpredictable times but has kept to our expectations. Chahal has become yesterday’s face taking the player of the match even when Maxwell made a starring performance getting hold of the super striker of the match.

Virat Kohli’s men, major ones being Maxwell and AB , will be looking to build on a strong performance and take an important step towards a top two finish in the next matches where we’ll be eager to see whether RR will comeback with a triumph or not!
