Oval Invincibles Women defeated Birmingham Phoenix Women by 22 runs in Match 10 of The Hundred 2025. Batting first, they made 174/5, with Alice Capsey hitting a quick 52 and Meg Lanning adding 36.

Lauren Winfield-Hill (33) and Lanning gave a fast start before Capsey played a brilliant knock, hitting 8 fours and 1 six. Paige Scholfield’s unbeaten 25 helped push the score even higher.

Phoenix lost early wickets but fought back with Ellyse Perry (29) and Ailsa Lister (33 runs*). The Invincibles’ bowlers, Amanda-Jade Wellington bowled well (2/27) and Marizanne Kapp (1/22), kept things tight to seal the win.
