Slightly more than 24 hours to go before the 3rd match of the ongoing 5-match series between England and India (ENG vs IND). Ahead of the match, India's pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah was in full swing during the practice session. Bumrah looked fit and fine while he was bowling in the nets. 

The England vs. India 5-match series is now level at 1-1 after India's historic win at Edgbaston after a defeat in the Leeds Test. The host will look to put a step ahead by claiming a win in the third game, which is scheduled to start on July 10 at the iconic Lord's. Jasprit Bumrah remained on the bench during the second contest, and it is hoped that the team management will put him into the playing combination for the Lord's Test. 

Due to workload management, the pacer was not included in the previous encounter. Before the beginning of the series, head coach Gautam Gambhir informed that Bumrah's workload management would be one of the major priorities for the team. As Bumrah was rested during the second match, he can be considered for the upcoming clash.

Lord's can get a green surface 

During the Birmingham Test, team India pacers Akash Deep and Mohammed Siraj did a splendid job with the red ball. Akash Deep bagged a 10-wicket figure. But Prasidh Krishna's performance emerged as one of the drawbacks for the Subhman Gill-led side. Apart from Krishan's form, there are several other issues Gambhir and his boys have to take care of. It will not be surprising enough to see multiple changes in India XI at the Lord's. If Bumrah comes back in the lineup and Siraj and Akash Deep continue, then the combination of the trio can be a sight to keep an eye on. 

Unlike Edgbaston's flat surface, Lord's deck can get lots of grass on it. England captain Ben Stokes and coach Brendon McCullum heavily criticized Edgbaston's wicket for being flat and batting-friendly. So, to provide the host team some advantages, Lord's 22-yard can look a lot greener, where pacers may get more elements to disrupt the batting team.
