Rajasthan Royals Innings

Chasing 218 runs, away team RR were always going to find it tough and ran into serious trouble after scoring just 117 in 16.1 overs. Jofra Archer tried to show some intent in the innings, scoring 30 off 27 balls, before the rest of RR's batting lineup completely failed. Riyan Parag managed 16 runs off 8 balls while Shubham Dubey scored 15 off 9 balls. This ultimately hurt RR's chance of completing partnerships. MI was relentless, especially led by MI's Karn Sharma, who finished with 3/23 in 4 overs. Trent Boult, with 3/28 in 2.1 overs, was just as effective, while MI's Jasprit Bumrah finished with 2/15 in 4 overs, meaning RR could not find a way back. The disciplined bowling effort handed MI a comprehensive victory, wrapping up the RR innings in just 16.1 overs.
