Mumbai Indians(MI) will play against Delhi Capitals(DC) in the sixty-third match of IPL 2025 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Both failed to qualify for playoffs in the IPL 2024. 

The last time these two teams clashed, Mumbai Indians won a close match against Delhi Capitals by 12 runs, ending Delhi’s winning streak in IPL 2025. Mumbai scored a big total of 205 runs, Tilak Varma played an important innings for MI. For Delhi, Karun Nair played really well, scoring 89 runs from 40 balls to keep his team alive in the match. But Delhi lost three key wickets due to run-outs in crucial final overs, and lost their chances. In the end, Mumbai held their nerve and won the game.

MI: Impact players

Karn Sharma: A clever leg-spinner who can be brought in as a substitute in the second innings when conditions favor spin bowling. He has taken 79 wickets in his IPL career. He can change the game if conditions help spinners.

 Raj Bawa: A batting all-rounder with 308 runs and 22 wickets in 21 T20 matches, Raj Angad Bawa is a strong candidate to be used as an Impact Player. he can hit big hits if the team needs in crucial times.

Vignesh Puthur:  A left-arm wrist-spinner who can make a difference as a substitute in the second innings if the pitch helps for spinners. He made a good impact in his debut match and is doing well in his IPL 2025 journey.

DC: Impact players

Sameer Rizvi: Rizvi has only played a few matches this season. As an aggressive batter, he could be introduced to provide a powerful counter-attacking option in either innings.
Ashutosh Sharma: Having played as an Impact Player in many crucial times, Ashutosh’s outstanding innings helped DC secure a memorable victory. This strategy might be used again.
Darshan Nalkande: The right-arm fast-medium bowler hasn’t yet played for DC this season. His variations in the death overs make him a valuable option to consider.
Dushmantha Chameera: The quick bowler could make his IPL journey memorable in this crucial match against MI. He last appeared in the recent edition of the International League T20.
