In the 2025 Major League Cricket (MLC) Match 23, Texas Super Kings played against Washington Freedom at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill. In response, Washington Freedom failed to match the required run rate and were restricted to 44/4 in their 5 overs. Texas’ bowlers kept things tight—Nandre Burger picked up 2/12 in 1 over, Noor Ahmad grabbed 1/14, and Akeal Hosein contributed with 1/18 from 2 overs.
