The all-rounder of the South Africa side, Chloe Tryon, has announced her engagement with the famous videographer and director, Michelle Nativel, in a viral post that has gone viral on social media platforms. They gave a tag line of ‘A lifetime of us’ in that post with an emoji of the ring. 

Tryon has been a vital member of the Rainbow Nation across formats. The right-handed batter has smashed 2292 runs in 102 innings of the Women’s ODIs at an average of under 27 and a strike rate of 100.30, with the help of 14 half-centuries at the best score of 92 runs. Apart from his batting contribution, the slow left-arm spinner has collected 62 wickets in 92 innings at an average of under 40 at an economy rate of 4.42.

Tryon has nailed 1283 runs in 92 innings of the Women’s T20Is at an average of below 20 and a strike rate of 132.81 with the help of one half-century at the best score of unbeaten 57 runs. With the ball, she bagged 39 wickets in 79 innings at an economy rate of under seven.

For putting South Africa in the final of the Women’s World Cup 2025 against India at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai, Tryon contributed massively with the bat and ball in hand. During the recent mega auction of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) ahead of the 2026 season, Tryon was signed by the UP Warriorz for a price of INR 30 lakh from a base price of INR 10 lakh. She will bring a different balance to the playing eleven of the franchise.
