The 14th match of the SA20 League 2025-26 will be played between Pretoria Capitals and Sunrisers Eastern Cape at SuperSport Park, Centurion, on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The Pretoria Capitals are placed fifth on the points table with one win and two losses. They come into this match with a lot of confidence after a big 85-run win over the MI Cape Town in their last completed game. Batting first, PC posted a huge total of 220/5 as Shai Hope, Wihan Lubbe, Dewald Brevis, and Sherfane Rutherford all contributed. Rutherford was also excellent with the ball, taking 4 wickets for 24 runs. Will Smeed has been their leading run-scorer with 91 runs, while Tymal Mills has picked up five wickets this season.

The Sunrisers Eastern Cape are currently placed second on the points table with two wins and one loss. They have been pretty solid this season.
