India’s U19 National Team will face off against Pakistan’s U19 National Team in match no. 12 of the ICC U19 World Cup 2026 Super Six Stage at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo on Feb 1, 2026. With England almost confirmed as one of the four semi-finalists, this match represents an important opportunity for both teams to determine which will become the fourth semi-finalist. Given these circumstances, both sides understand the importance of this match and therefore, it will create a heightened level of competition between two teams that already have a heated rivalry.

To date, India has had tremendous success during the tournament, winning all three (3) matches in group play (USA, Bangladesh, and New Zealand) while finishing atop their group despite weather interruptions. Therefore, given the minimal points gained and the weaker net run rate from previous rounds of play, Pakistan needs to win convincingly to ensure that they qualify as one of the four semi-finalists following their previous victory against India in the final of the most recent U19 Asia Cup.
