Virat Kohli can play another match for Delhi in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 (VHT 2025-26). According to reports, the batting maestro can feature in the Delhi vs Railways match, which is ahead of the India vs New Zealand ODI series. Kohli can play another Vijay Hazare Trophy match to maintain his fitness and form for the One Day International series.

The IND vs NZ ODI series is scheduled to start on January 11, 2026 (Sunday). A Cricbuzz report claims a top DDCA official has confirmed that Virat Kohli will play the Vijay Hazare Trophy match against Railways on January 6th in Alur. Virat can get a total of 4 days' rest before the opening match of the ODI series if he plays the Delhi vs Railways Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 match.
