Rohit Sharma has been in a great mood ahead of India’s three-match away ODI series against Australia down under. He recently was in Bengaluru for the fitness test at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru as he looks to keep himself fully fit and in rhythm for the upcoming 2027 ODI World Cup in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia.

Rohit, in between his fitness tests, also found time to share some viral experiences and gave lessons to the Under-19 Indian players ahead of their Australia series, which started on September 21 at the Ian Healy Oval in Brisbane. Apart from this, the Mumbai batter has walked into Kolkata on Sunday morning.

A video has gone viral where Rohit has been seen outside the airport in Kolkata. It has been revealed that the ODI captain of the Indian side has some advertisement work with Kapil Dev and MS Dhoni, two World Cup-winning Indian captains, which means those veterans are also anticipated to arrive in the city of Joy.

The veteran was also seen practicing at the nets in Mumbai. He has already retired from the longest and shortest formats of the game, and this upcoming Australia series could potentially be his return to action after five months.
