The last time India and Pakistan met in Asia Cup, India had an upper hand as they won the match convincingly. Batting first, India posted a mammoth total of 356 runs with the help of centuries from, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli. Chasing a daunting target, Pakistan fumbled and their loss was catalaysed by none other than Kuldeep Yadav. The spinner bagged five days wicket haul as Pakistan succumbed scoring just 128 runs and India won by a margin of 228 runs.

This time around, both the teams will meet once again in the Asia Cup but the format will be T20I. Both the teams are poised to play against each other on September 14 in Asia Cup 2025 at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai.
