Speaking on the comprehensive victory, Suryakumar Yadav pointed to the skewed results in India’s favor in recent times. It was their seventh straight victory over the Pakistan side in the completed white-ball encounters. Abhishek Sharma nailed a fine knock of 74 runs in 39 balls at a strike rate of 189.74, while Shubman Gill grabbed 47 runs in 28 balls at a strike rate of 167.86.

“I feel we should stop asking this question about rivalry, whether a team plays good cricket or not. According to me, if two teams are playing 15-20 matches and if it is 7-all or someone is ahead 8-7, then that is called playing good cricket, and that is called rivalry. 13-0, 10-1, I don't know what the stats are. But this is not a rivalry anymore.” Sky expressed in the post-match presentation.

In the first innings, Pakistan’s opening batter, Sahibzada Farhan, celebrated a fine knock of 58 runs in 45 balls at a strike rate of 128.89, while Faheem Ashraf drilled an undefeated knock of 20 runs in eight balls at a strike rate of 250 to push them to 171/5 in their allotted 20 overs.

“If we talk about rivalry, I don't know what kind of rivalry you are talking about. After going on the ground, I feel that the stadium is full. And when the stadium is full, I tell my team and everyone that it is time for entertainment.” Sky revealed.

“According to me, since we last played on 14th [September], the wicket has become better. Today, it was a little better for batting, and it was a little hard as well. I think the team that plays well in 7-15 will always have an upper hand.” The Indian T20I captain concluded.
