“Rhabdomyolysis is a disease in which the muscle breaks down. So, I was preparing to play Test cricket and be part of the domestic tournaments continuously, along with the A-games. I actually couldn’t put myself in the recovery process. The body generally needs good time off for that. So I was pushing myself, and that time, I got a muscle strain.Varma expressed in the new episode ofBreakfast with Champions.’
