WI-W vs SL-W, 3rd ODI

West Indies Women will face Sri Lanka Women in the third and final ODI of the series on February 25 at the National Cricket Stadium in St. George’s, Grenada. Sri Lanka currently hold a 2-0 lead in the three-match series and will aim to complete a clean sweep, while West Indies will look to finish the series with a win at home.

The West Indies Women have been doing well with their bowling in the series, managing to restrict the Sri Lankan women’s totals in both matches. But their batting lineup has found it hard to chase, losing wickets at regular intervals and not really ever setting up strong partnerships. The home side will be looking for a better batting performance in the final game and that too to pick up a consolation win in front of their fans.

The Sri Lanka Women have been performing under pressure impressively so far. They registered a narrow 10-run win in the first ODI and then a 14-run win in the second match. The Sri Lankan women have shown excellent team spirit and composure under pressure. With their confidence levels high, Sri Lanka will now look to win the final ODI and take excellent momentum into the upcoming T20I series.

WI-W vs SL-W: Pitch Report

The National Cricket Stadium tends to favour the chasing team, but both matches in this series have been won by the team batting first. The pitch is expected to offer a fair contest, with scores around 230 to 250. Bowlers will get help if they bowl accurately, while batters must play carefully and avoid risky shots.
