India spinner Kuldeep Yadav celebrated his wedding reception in grand style in Lucknow on March 17, 2026. The wedding reception was held at the luxurious hotel The Centrum. Many high-profile celebrities attended the wedding. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also attended the wedding and gave his personal blessings to the newlywed couple.

The reception came just days after Kuldeep tied the knot with his childhood friend Vanshika in Mussoorie on March 14. The wedding took place at the historic Welcomhotel The Savoy in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family. The couple had earlier planned to marry in November 2025 but postponed the wedding due to Kuldeep’s commitments during India’s successful T20 World Cup campaign.

The Lucknow reception saw around 800 guests, including top cricketers like MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma, along with several political personalities. Kuldeep’s father, Ram Singh Yadav, had personally invited the Chief Minister earlier. The event turned into a grand celebration with both cricket and political figures coming together to bless the couple.

Vanshika Chadha, now Kuldeep Yadav’s wife, is his childhood friend from Kanpur. The two grew up close to each other, and over the years, their friendship turned into a strong relationship. The duo got engaged in June 2025 in Lucknow in the presence of their families.

Vanshika works as a professional with the Life Insurance Corporation of India. She has also pursued her higher studies in Melbourne, Australia. Vanshika likes to lead a low-profile life despite being the wife of a popular cricketer.

The newlywed couple looked beautiful during the wedding celebrations. Vanshika wore a traditional wedding dress with heavy embroidery and jewelry. On the other hand, Kuldeep Yadav wore a royal sherwani during the wedding. The wedding celebrations in Mussoorie were joyful as several cricketers attended the wedding and celebrated with the newlywed couple. Yuzvendra Chahal, Rinku Singh, Tilak Varma, and Suresh Raina attended the wedding and the sangeet ceremony.
