1. Wasim Jaffer (12038 runs)

Wasim Jaffer seals the first spot for scoring the most runs in his Ranji Trophy timeline. Representing the state-based teams of Mumbai and Vidarbha, Jaffer has played over 238 innings, where he scored a colossal 12038 runs. His high run count is backed by a commendable average of 57. As the numbers say, he has made over 40 centuries across his Ranji Trophy stint.


2. Paras Dogra (9203 runs)

Paras Dogra gets the second spot for making a colossal 9203 runs in 210+ innings, which is a recent achievement being made by the seasoned batter. During his Ranji Trophy career, Dogra represented Himachal Pradesh and Puducherry, with the Jammu & Kashmir cricket team being his current home. When it comes to triple-digit marks, he has made 30 of them, making him the only active player with the most number of centuries in the Ranji Trophy and only second with the same record, after Wasim Jaffer (40). His statistics comprise scoring 9201 runs, which he has made over 24 centuries, and with a commendable test average of over 45, making him the fourth-highest run-scorer across the tournament.


5. Yashpal Singh (8700 runs)

Yashpal Singh bags the fifth spot for scoring the most runs in the Ranji Trophy. By playing 196 innings and representing a big list of four teams (Manipur/Services/Sikkim/Tripura), he has made an enormous 8700 runs count, with an average of a stable 50. In addition, he has made over 24 triple-digit marks across his Ranji Trophy timeline.
