List of Women’s ODI Hundred-Makers

On Sunday, captain Alyssa Healy scored a brilliant innings that helped Australia to a convincing win over India and made it two defeats in two matches for the Women in Blue at the ICC Women's World Cup 2025.  Healy's innings was a superb blend of aggression, timing, and calmness, showing why she is one of the most dangerous batters in women's cricket. Healy's innings was critical not just to Australia's win, but it also underlined that the quality and competitiveness of women's cricket is on the rise, where individual talent is impacting matches in big tournaments.

Women's cricket has a long history of batters producing phenomenal performances in the fifty-over format, with centuries often being the sign of class and consistency. With the ICC Women's World Cup 2025 taking place right now, it is a good time to look at the players with the record for most centuries in Women's ODIs.  Legends such as Mithali Raj, Charlotte Edwards and Meg Lanning have set benchmarks over the years, with a mixture of technique, temperament, and power. Alyssa Healy’s current achievements place her alongside the modern greats, legitimizing her claim to be a major player on the all-time century-scorers list in women’s ODIs.

Meg Lanning

Meg Lanning

Meg Lanning, the former captain of Australia, holds the record for the most centuries in women's ODIs. Lanning, who captained the Australian Women's team to several World Cup titles, is considered one of the greatest batters in the history of women's cricket. Lanning scored 15 ODI hundreds in just 102 innings, achieving an extraordinary innings-per-century ratio of 6.80. She scored 4,602 runs in ODIs, with a career average of 53.51, which is the highest for those scoring over 1,200 runs in ODIs.

Smriti Mandhana

Smriti Mandhana

Smriti Mandhana, one of India's rising stars, is getting close to Lanning's record. Mandhana, who is 29 years old and has 13 hundreds in just 111 innings, looks like she has many years left in peak professional cricket. In recent times, Mandhana has consistently been one of the best-performing players in women's cricket, and it seems likely she will not only match but also exceed Lanning's records in the near future.

Suzie Bates

Suzie Bates

Suzie Bates, a seasoned opener from New Zealand, also has her sights set on the century record; Bates made her debut in 2006, and has achieved 13 centuries in 167 innings, which is equal to Mandhana's record. Bates averages 39.23 and is just 68 runs short of surpassing Charlotte Edwards as the second-highest run scorer in women's ODI history.

Tammy Beaumont

Tammy Beaumont

Tammy Beaumont from England ranks fourth among those with the most ODI centuries. Beaumont debuted in 2009 and has 12 centuries in 124 innings with a top score of 168. She remains in a position to climb the list further if she can continue her recent form in international cricket.

Nat Sciver-Brunt

Nat Sciver Brunt

Sciver-Brunt is one of the best all-rounders in the game, having amassed more than 4,200 runs at an average of 47.12 and a strike rate of 95.30. Among players with over 1,500 ODI runs, only Alyssa Healy has a higher strike rate.
