The over-the-top total for one reason was that CSK could not defend 190 because of poor bowling and inability to take a wicket. 3. Over-reliance on Sam Curran

Sam Curran played an incredible innings of 88 runs off 47 balls; however, he got little to no support from the remaining batsmen. Prabhsimran Singh (PBKS): Talked about the opening partnership with Arya; they started at camps in pre-season and said all the timing and the trust were with Shreyas Iyer (72 off 41) in the chase. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) achieved a convincing 5-wicket victory over Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Match 45 of IPL 2025. Kolkata Knight Riders Innings

KKR made the pursuit look easy. Openers Sunil Narine and Ajinkya Rahane gave a fast start, with Narine making a swift 31.
