The MI innings was spearheaded by captain Harmanpreet Kaur and Nat Sciver-Brunt, who batted peacefully, keeping the scoreboard ticking all the time. Harmanpreet played a captain’s knock, remaining unbeaten on 74 off 42 balls, while Sciver-Brunt supported her well with 70 off 46 balls. Their partnerships helped Mumbai stay in control, even though Nandani Sharma bowled well for Delhi and picked up 2/26.

In reply, Delhi Capitals Women could not keep up with the high target and they were bowled out for 145 in 19 overs.
