The Indian bowlers, Piyush Chawla (3/18) and Stuart Binny (2/17), were on fire and dismantled the Windies top order by restricting them to 57/6. The only bright spot for the West Indies was Kieron Pollard’s blazing innings of 74* (43), which included 8 sixes and 3 fours.

Pakistan Champions produced a crushing win over Australia Champions by 10 wickets in Match 14 of the World Championship of Legends 2025 at Headingley, Leeds. Pakistan threw the ball first and bowled out Australia for just 74 runs in 11.5 overs, courtesy of a remarkable spell of bowling by Saeed Ajmal, who took 6 wickets for 16 runs. He was well supported by Imad Wasim (2/11) and Sohail Tanvir (1/8), while only Ben Dunk (26 off 14) put up a brief fight. The rest of the Australian batting lineup crumbled under relentless pressure.

In reply, Pakistan made the chase look effortless. Sharjeel Khan (32* off 23) and Sohaib Maqsood (28* off 26), the opening batsmen, ran down to the target in 7.5 overs without losing a wicket. With this colossal win, Pakistan sailed to the top of the table with 9 points and booked a place in the semi-finals. Australia, even with the loss, qualified due to their previous victories and net run rate calculation.

Mis-e-Ainak Knights wrapped up their Shpageeza Cricket League (SCL) 2025 group stage with a thumping 72-run victory over Band-e-Amir Dragons in Match 18 at the Kabul International Cricket Stadium. After being put in to bat, the Knights went on a rampage with the bat, racking up a massive total of 264/2 in their 20 overs. The top three did all the damage—Wafiullah smashed 78 off 35, Farmanullah Safi cracked 72 off 28, and skipper Rahmanullah Gurbaz played a steady hand with 70 off 39 deliveries. None of the Dragons’ bowlers could contain the onslaught, with Gulbadin Naib (1/37) and Khalil Ahmed (1/47) picking up the only two wickets.

In reply, the Dragons tried to go hard in the chase but faltered under scoreboard pressure and were bowled out for 192 in just 17.3 overs. Mohammad Haroon Khan (40 off 16) and Hashmatullah Shahidi (35 off 24) fought valiantly, while Gulbadin Naib added a quick 30.
Nonetheless, the Knight's bowlers. Bilal Sami (2/29), Mujeeb-ur-Rahman (2/36), and Ziaur Rahman Sharifi (2/38) were very alert in keeping the Dragons at bay. With that victory, Mis-e-Ainak Knights finished the league stage with 10 points and some confidence going into the finals, while the Band-e-Amir Dragons finished with 6 points and out of the race.

Speen Ghar Tigers marked the end of their Shpageeza Cricket League (SCL) 2025 campaign with a dominating 50-run victory against Mis-e-Ainak Knights in Match 16 at the Kabul International Cricket Stadium. Mis-e-Ainak decided to bowl first, but the Tigers found the boundary ropes frequently and put up 191/6 in 20 overs. Hazratullah Zazai led the charge with a ho-hum 50 off 25 balls; Rahmat Shah (49 off 27) and skipper Rashid Khan (24* off 14) also contributed significantly. Farmanullah Safi (2/30), Mohammad Nabi (1/22), and Mujeeb-ur-Rahman (1/27) were the wicket takers for the Knights.

However, in the pursuit, Mis-e-Ainak failed to find the rhythm and could only muster 141/9 in the given overs. Farmanullah Safi top-scored with 37 off 32 balls; nevertheless, no one from the rest of the batting line-up could help under pressure. Zubaid Akbari gave a quick-fire performance, dismantling the middle and lower order with 4/14, while Ismat Alam (1/12) and Zahir Khan (1/19) kept their discipline and tightened their lines, thus making it a winning game for the team.

Though the Tigers have won convincingly, they have been officially knocked out from the finals race, having only 4 points from 7 games, whereas the Mis-e-Ainak Knights are still in the race for finishing in the top two despite the loss if they manage an 8-point gain and improve their Net Run Rate.
