Mumbai South Central Maratha Royals (MSCMR) cruised to a 6-wicket win against Arcs Andheri (AA) in Match 15 of the Mumbai T20 2025 at Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai, after they won the toss and elected to bowl.

Arcs Andheri Innings

Arcs Andheri scored a fighting total of 179/6 in 20 overs after being invited to bat first. Wicketkeeper-batsman Prasad Pawar took center stage with a well-crafted 70 from 46 deliveries, anchoring the innings as much as maintaining a constant rate of scoring. He got good support from Pragnesh Durgesh Kanpillewar, who contributed a useful 27 off 22 balls, keeping the scoreboard moving during the middle overs. Later, Musheer Khan finished off with a tall order in mind through a breezy 24 off 17 balls to push the score near the 180-mark.

Mumbai South Central Maratha Royals (MSCMR) bowling side displayed discipline in bits. Maxwell Swaminathan and Rohan Rajendra Ghag were the best players, taking 2 wickets each and putting pressure at key points. Vaibhav Mali bowled a neat spell too, ending with 1/23 from 4 overs, with control in death overs.

Mumbai South Central Maratha Royals Innings

Pursuing 180, MSCMR countered in style, reaching 182/4 in 18.3 overs to win by 6 wickets with 9 balls remaining. Chinmay Sutar dominated the run chase with a masterful 79 off 45 balls, taking the game by storm early and keeping one end anchored throughout. He received excellent support from skipper Siddhesh Lad, who made a classy 62 off 43 balls, skillfully piloting the chase in the middle overs. Sahil Jadhav's 14 of 6 balls was a useful cameo that prevented MSCMR from losing its rhythm in the chase.

With the ball for Arcs Andheri, Pragnesh Kanpillewar was the most frugal, taking 1/16 off 2 overs, while Aishwary Surve and skipper Shivam Dube took a wicket each but could not rein in in-form MSCMR batsmen.

Aakash Tigers MWS (ATM) recorded a convincing 22-run win over North Mumbai Panthers (NMP) in Match 14 of Mumbai T20 2025 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. NMP won the toss and chose to field first in a rain-reduced match of 5 overs per team, but ATM's destructive batting and tight bowling were the difference-maker.

Aakash Tigers MWS Innings

Aakash Tigers MWS started blazingly well in their 5-over innings after North Mumbai Panthers won the toss and chose to field. Opener Hardik Tamore bashed a rapid 16 off just 5 balls, setting the pace for the innings. Skipper Shams Mulani contributed 12 off 6 balls, holding up momentarily in the middle. Siddharth Akre added a quick 11 from 3 balls, leading ATM to a comfortable total of 66/7 in 5 overs while losing wickets at regular intervals.

The bowling attack of NMP took regular wickets to keep things in some sort of check. Pravesh Pal impressed with 2/20 off his 2 overs, while Pratik Mishra took 2 wickets but conceded 31 runs, which made it an expensive but forceful spell. Rahul Sawant also contributed with 1/15, completing a mixed bowling performance from NMP.

North Mumbai Panthers Innings

North Mumbai Panthers, on the other hand, never quite came into the game under the pressure of a tall target. Captain Prithvi Shaw was hopeful with 19 off 12 balls, and Divyaansh Saxena scored 12 from 10, but the team was unable to gain the needed acceleration. Sourabh Singh got unbeaten on 5 off 2 balls, but the team fell significantly short, ending on 44/2 from 5 overs.

ATM's bowlers remained disciplined and in control all the while. Sylvester D'Souza bowled a masterful over and picked up 1/6, offering a vital breakthrough. Shams Mulani and Kruthik Hanagavadi were tight in their full quota, giving away 22 and 16 runs, respectively, in 2 overs, strangulating the chase.
