2. Inconsistent Batting and Lack of Finishing

The Outer Delhi Warriors were unable to create lasting partnerships. They lost early wickets and failed to stabilize the innings. While there was some intent from Keshav Dabas (40 off 26) and Sanat Sangwan (32 off 33), others did not help them and, with poor strike rotation, created pressure on themselves. At the end, the Warriors were not able to give the required boost and thus ended up with 144/9 in 20 overs—still 19 runs short of the target.

3. Strikers’ Disciplined and Impactful Bowling

North Delhi’s bowling unit was absolutely brilliant under pressure; they bowled tight and took wickets at the crucial stages. Kuldip Yadav was very accurate with 3/32, while Harshit Rana, the captain, led with 2/24. Vikas Dixit, with his 4 overs, made a huge contribution by getting 3/19, breaking the momentum of the Warrior in the middle overs. Their consistency and control never allowed Outer Delhi to chase the total.

ODW fell short in their quest to chase the target; despite the promising efforts of Keshav Dabas (40 off 26) and the steady Sanat Sangwan (32 off 33), wickets fell at regular intervals.

Harsh Tyagi came in and tried to pick up the innings with a quick 19 off 11. Ultimately ODW's inability to build partnerships and NDS's pressure and disciplined bowling made the difference.
