Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batter Virat Kohli has been making headlines recently, not for his on-field performances but for his activities on social media. Singer and Bigg Boss 14 runner-up Rahul Vaidya revealed that Kohli has blocked him on Instagram, a move that sparked curiosity and discussions among fans online.

In another incident, Kohli drew attention when he appeared to like an Instagram post by social media influencer Avneet Kaur. The cricketer later addressed the situation, explaining that it was unintentional while clearing out his feed. He attributed the action to the platform’s algorithm and issued an apology to clarify the misunderstanding.

Following the incident, singer Rahul Vaidya posted a video on social media in which he took a swipe at Virat Kohli. Rahul, who had earlier alleged that he was blocked by the cricketer, also criticized Kohli's fans, referring to them as "jokers" for targeting him and his family with abuse after he shared the video mocking the legendary India batter.

In a recent development, Bigg Boss 14 runner-up Rahul Vaidya took a jab at Virat Kohli for blocking him on Instagram. Sharing a video on social media, Rahul sarcastically remarked that the cricketer's algorithm might have instructed him to block him.

"So guys, Kohli has blocked me as you all know. So I think that must be Instagram's glitch, Virat Kohli must not have blocked me. Instagram's algorithm must have told Virat Kohli to do one thing, I will block Rahul Vaidya on your behalf," the singer claimed said.

Following the video, Rahul Vaidya received significant backlash from Virat Kohli’s fans. However, he didn’t back down and instead escalated the situation by posting an Instagram story saying, “Virat Kohli's fans are even bigger jokers than Virat.” He later shared another story expressing his frustration, stating, “Now you’re abusing me — that’s fine — but dragging my wife and sister, who have nothing to do with this, is unacceptable. This just proves my point — Virat Kohli’s fans really are jokers, cheap jokers at that.”

Virat Kohli and Avneet Kaur Controversy

Recently, fans noticed that Virat Kohli had liked a post from a fan page dedicated to Avneet Kaur. However, the cricketer denied intentionally liking the post, attributing it to a glitch caused by the platform’s algorithm. He released a statement saying, “I want to clarify that while clearing my feed, it seems the algorithm may have accidentally registered an interaction. There was no intention behind it whatsoever.
