The Delhi Capitals are struggling again. They are looking good in parts but Rishabh Pant and the rest of the line-up are yet to hit their straps completely. They are here for their first home game and they will be happy to see the record of home teams, which should give them some confidence.
The Chennai Super Kings are flying high. They are two in two, and both games have had them dominate with both bat and ball. Their death bowling looks impressive and the batting depth has been a huge bonus for them, with MS Dhoni down at number eight yet to be used. A concern, though, for them, will arise in the spin department, with the Super Kings light on an off-spinner. At the moment, Ravindra Jadeja is the only spinner given on the side, and the lack of an extra spinner is likely to bite back soon.
Date: March 31st, 2023

Venue: YS Rajasekhara Reddy Stadium, Vishakapatnam
A clear and warm evening is expected at Vizag.
Vizag is expected to be good to bat on with dew likely as the evening progresses. Batting second is a better choice.

Rachin Ravindra
Rachin Ravindra has cemented himself as a Super King two games into the tournament. He has been fearless and knows his role well as a batter who needs to come and take the bowlers on, making the job easier for those below him.
Rishabh Pant
Rishabh Pant has shown glimpses of returning to form but has not been converting his starts. His bat swing and fitness are looking fine but the execution has been something he will need to work on finding.

Ravindra Jadeja vs David Warner: David Warner was able to take on Ravindra Jadeja fairly well last season. He likes the ball coming onto him and if Jadeja does get a bowl against Warner he will have his challenge cut out.
The Delhi Capitals do not have a great record at Vizag. They do however have some players who are looking to get back in rhythm and recent form could help them find a way past the Super Kings.
