The highly talented batsman, only 23 years old, has already played 23 T20Is for Team India and scored 723 runs in total at an average of 36.15. After making his T20I debut in August 2023, the southpaw played multiple crucial games for the Men in Blue. Keeping an average around 36 after playing over twenty matches at the highest level proved his proficiency as a limited-overs batter. In his second T20I match, Jaiswal scored an unbeaten 84-run innings against the West Indies in 2023 and smashed a hundred in the same year against Nepal.
