SWOT Analysis of Sri Lanka Cricket Team Ahead of Asia Cup 2025

Sri Lanka are slated to begin their Asia Cup campaign on September 13 by facing off against Bangladesh at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The island giant is placed in Group B alongside Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Afghanistan. Following their inaugural Asia Cup clash, Sri Lanka will take on Hong Kong on September 15. After that, the two-three Asia Cup champions' last league stage game will take place against Afghanistan again on September 18.

Led by batting all-rounder Charith Asalanka, Sri Lanka are the defending champions of the T20 edition of the Asia Cup.
