“Sports don’t care about your feelings. It’s a harsh truth. But it doesn’t. It doesn’t care if you are tired. If you have just won. If you are the best player. If you are the newest player. If you are the most confident, the most nervous, or the hardest working. None of it. It only cares about one thing. How do you play the game?” Mandhana expressed in an Instagram story.

Mandhana’s life hasn’t gone smoothly after her relationship and wedding with Palash Muchhal ended shockingly last year. Mandhana, despite that, has held her shape with the bat and celebrated several records for the team she has been part of.
“How you show up. The intentions are to be the best you can be on that day. And if, only if, you give it your all, you give it your full attention and respect, you might be able to come away with a chance of success. And you get a chance to do it again. Which I think that’s one hell of a feeling.” Mandhana addressed.
“It was good to contribute to the series win. I think beating Australia in Australia is something really special. I'm really happy for the team and glad that I could contribute. Jemi is coming in and making me run all those twos, but yeah, I think it's a really good partnership between Jemi and me.” The 29-year-old concluded.
