ACC confirms India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2025 match venue

Concluding all speculations, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) confirmed the venues for the upcoming Asia Cup 2025, while the schedule was already announced before.

As ACC unveiled the venues, the ground for the India vs Pakistan clash was also confirmed. India will face Pakistan in Dubai on September 14 in the 2025 Asia Cup. The tournament will be conducted across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

ACC in their statement said, "The tournament will be played across two world-class venues in Dubai, which will host 11 matches, and Abu Dhabi, which will host eight matches, bringing a total of 19 T20 internationals to fans across the region."

India will fight to save their title

Apart from India and Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, the UAE, and Oman will compete with each other for the prestigious title. UAE. India, Pakistan, the UAE, and Oman are placed in Group A, while Group B contains Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong. India, the defending champion, will take on the UAE and Pakistan in Dubai before shifting their camp to Abu Dhabi to face Oman. Dubai will host the final on September 28.

ACC president Mohsin Naqvi said, "The Asia Cup is more than just a tournament; it’s a celebration of Asian cricket. Hosting it in the UAE allows us to bring the excitement to one of the most vibrant cricketing hubs in the world. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are well equipped to deliver a seamless and world-class experience for players, fans, and broadcasters alike."
