Ashwin Will Be Allowed Without Waiting Period That Confirmed By Dinesh Karthik
Dinesh Karthik confirmed that Ashwin can bowl on the field without a waiting period

The umpires confirmed with Dinesh Karthik that Ravichandran Ashwin had the opportunity to return to bowling without any waiting period in Rajkot. While in the ongoing third Test between India and England, Ashwin withdrew from play at the Niranjan Shah Stadium to attend to his family in Chennai. However, he had to leave the match because of his mother’s illness.
During his third day of commentary, Ashwin would be allowed to come back and bowl in Rajkot. Due to the family’s concern, the umpires have made a compassionate exemption in his case.

Ashwin Got A Chance…
Following the conclusion of Day 2 in Rajkot, Ashwin—who became just the second Indian after the legendary Anil Kumble to reach 500 Test wickets—had to withdraw from the third Test of India’s five-match series against India due to personal issues.
India has now brought in Devdutt Padikkal as a replacement for Ashwin on the field. After the lunch break of today’s match, India is leading with 155 runs.
