Finally, after weeks of anticipation, the schedule for the 17th edition of the Asia Cup 2025 has been officially released, sparking excitement among cricket fans across the continent. While India retains its hosting rights, due to political tensions, all matches will now be played at neutral venues in the UAE—primarily Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Bangladesh enters into the 2025 tournament hoping to win their first Asia Cup championship. Although they have appeared in the final three times (2012, 2016, and 2018), the Tigers have never won the title. During the 2023 tournament, Bangladesh didn't advance past the group stage, losing to Sri Lanka and India.
With a mix of veteran players and young stars, Bangladesh aims to turn things around and make a deeper penetration this year in the T20 format tournament.

Bangladesh's Asia Cup 2025 Schedule

The Asia Cup 2025 will be conducted between September 9 and September 28 and will host eight teams consisting of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Hong Kong (Group B), and India, Pakistan, UAE, and Oman (Group A). The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Four, with the top two from there advancing to the final. Here is Bangladesh’s complete group stage schedule:
