India performed with dominance throughout the tournament and clinched the trophy. Along with an Asia Cup trophy for individual brilliance, India stars claim individual awards as well.
Tilak Varma claimed the Player of the Match (Final) award for his heroic unbeaten 69-run innings. Against Pakistan, in the final, the top order of team India crumbled while chasing the target of 147 runs in 20 overs. Shivam Dube was named as the game changer of the final match. He played a brilliant 33 off 22 as a middle-order batter when the match was hanging in balance.
Overall, Abhishek Sharma won 3 individual awards: Player of the Tournament, Most Run Scorer of the Tournament, and Most Sixes Hit by Batter in the Asia Cup 2025. Apart from Sharma, team India spin wizard Kuldeep Yadav also clinched multiple individual awards for his consistent bowling performances. In the final match, he bagged 4 wickets. In total, Yadav, in 7 matches, took 17 wickets at an economy rate of 6.27. For the impactful bowling, he received awards for taking the most wickets and became the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament as well. As the champion of the Asia Cup 2025, team India won INR 21 Crore.
