Australia and India's men's teams locking horns for the 4th of the 5-match T20I (AUS vs IND 4th T20I) series. As of now, the series is 1-1, as both of the teams have won a match each. The fourth match and the last match of the contest are crucial for both teams to decide the winner of the tournament. For the 4th match, India maintained their playing XI unchanged, while Australia made four forced changes as several players left for Ashes preparations.

Toss update:

Australia has won the toss, and they have elected to BOWL first at the Heritage Bank Stadium. After winning the toss, Australia's captain, Mitchell Marsh, said, "We don't play a lot here. It is great to be here; we will try to get as much information about the surface as we can. It is a great five-match series going down to the last two games; both teams will be pumped. We have four changes—Zampa, Maxwell, Philippe, and Dwarshuis come in for four other guys."

On the other side, India skipper Suryakumar Yadav stated, "The preparation has been good. We had a day off and had a good practice session yesterday. It looks like a subcontinent wicket; later on it might get slower, so we are happy to bat first. We were looking to bat first. It looks similar to Indian conditions, but put runs on the board, and we want to take up that challenge. We are going with the same team."
