Cricket fans across social media platforms are in pure wonder as Dewald Brevis scored an astonishing century against Australia during the second T20I of the 3-match series.

Facing only 41 balls, the batter got his ton, which is the second-quickest T20I hundred from a South African player, and he is the youngest ever South African to register a century in T20 Internationals.

At the age of only 22, Johannesburg-born touched the milestone. Former South Africa international AB de Villiers heaped praise on the young gun. He took to his official social media account to say, "There was such a golden opportunity for IPL teams to pick up Dewald Brevis at the auction! Missed out badly. CSK either got very lucky, or maybe it was the biggest masterstroke ever. Even the boy can play."
