The Barbados Royals (BR) will be facing the Saint Lucia Kings (SLK) in match 24 of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2025 at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown on Sunday, September 7, 2025. It has been a campaign to forget for the Royals- one win from six games played, and one match washed out. The Royals currently sit at the bottom of the table and Rovman Powell’s men will need to consider every game as a must-win if they are to keep their minuscule playoff hopes alive.

In contrast, the Saint Lucia Kings have already secured their playoff position after a solid season thus far. The Kings have five wins from eight matches, with one outright loss and two matches being washed out. Qualification secured, Faf du Plessis and the kings can now focus on fine-tuning performances for the knockout stage of the tournament.
