Nitish Rana's Lions got off to a flying start as they won their first two matches quite comfortably but have since gone down to defeat in their last three matches, all tight contests. They will be eager to get back to their feet and regain their early-season strength.

Meanwhile, Himmat Singh's New Delhi Tigers began their campaign with an overpowering win but have lost their next four matches in a row and are currently at the bottom of the table. WDL vs NDT: Pitch Report

DPL 2025 at Arun Jaitley Stadium is turning out to be a paradise for batsmen, as there have been 10 successful run chases and nine wins for the side batting first in the first 19 completed matches. The short boundaries are making life very difficult for the bowlers so expect a match where both teams will be scoring heavily. The bowlers will have to try and get some movement off the new ball if they want to have any kind of impact.
