West Delhi Lions (WDL) will meet Outer Delhi Warriors (ODW) in Match 37 of the Delhi Premier League (DPL) 2025 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi, on Tuesday, August 26, at 7:00 PM IST. WDL are currently placed third on the table with four wins from nine games, while ODW are seventh with just two wins from the same number of matches. The Lions will be aiming to seal a playoff spot, whereas the Warriors will look to play spoilsport in their final matches.

WDL’s last two matches ended without a result due to rain, but before that, they had a solid two-match winning streak. Nitish Rana’s explosive knock of 25 runs off 8 balls in their last rain-affected game showed the Lions’ batting strength. Meanwhile, ODW lost their previous fixture against New Delhi Tigers despite Priyansh Arya’s 36 and Shaurya Malik’s two wickets, as they couldn’t defend 142 runs.

The pitch is known to provide assistance to both medium pacers and spinners; thus, it has been found to be symmetrical from both departments. With the team batting first having a success rate of 53% here, the toss could be very important.
