In IPL 2025, the match was played between the Gujarat Titans (GT) and the Rajasthan Royals (RR) team. In this match, the Gujarat Titans defeated the Rajasthan Royals team by a huge margin of 58 runs and registered another win. Batting first, the Gujarat Titans scored 217 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, thanks to Sai Sudarshan's 82 runs. In reply, the Rajasthan Royals team was bowled out for 159 runs in 19.2 overs. Apart from this, Prasidh Krishna took three wickets for 24 runs.

Coming to bat first against the Rajasthan Royals, Gujarat Titans team captain Shubman Gill was clean bowled by Jofra Archer and could score only two runs. After this, Jos Buttler and Sai Sudarshan took over the innings at number three. Sai played an innings of 82 runs in 53 balls with eight fours and three sixes. While Butler scored 36 runs in 25 balls with five fours. Apart from this, Shahrukh Khan also played a fast innings of 36 runs with four fours and two sixes in 20 balls.

Due to this GT made a huge total of 217 runs for six wickets in 20 overs. Rahul Tewatia also played an unbeaten inning of 24 runs with two fours and two sixes in 12 balls. While Tushar Deshpande and Mahesh Theekshana took the maximum two wickets each for Rajasthan. RR team could not chase the big target.

Chasing the target of 218 runs given by the Gujarat Titans, RR did not have a good start, and its opener Yashasvi Jaiswal (6), while Nitish Rana (1), who came at number three, could not do anything special. Due to this, the team lost two wickets for just 12 runs. After this, Sanju Samson scored 41 runs with four fours and two sixes in 28 balls. While wickets kept falling at the other end as well. Due to this, Rajasthan had lost six wickets for 119 runs. After this, the RR team could not do anything special and collapsed at 159 runs. Prasidh Krishna took the maximum of three wickets for Gujarat.
