The former Indian coach, Abhishek Nayar, has dropped a bombshell statement on the premier all-rounder of the side, Hardik Pandya, ahead of the intense encounter between India and Pakistan during the ongoing Men’s Asia Cup 2025 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The fixture will take place on September 14 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Hardik Pandya, who is returning to action since the second qualifier of the IPL 2025 for the Mumbai Indians, has paid incredible attention to his fitness, health, and pre-match preparation. Nayar reckoned that the Baroda all-rounder practices more bowling than batting and doesn’t believe much in having skills.

He has a routine, where he does yoga, concentrates on his nutrition, and trains for two to two-and-a-half hours every day.Pandya expressed during a recent interaction, as quoted by Sports Tak.
