The 13th edition of the tournament will start on September 30, and the grand finale will be held on November 2. A total of 5 venues will be utilized for the 8-team tournament. M. Chinnaswamy Stadium (Bengaluru), ACA Stadium (Guwahati), Holkar Stadium (Indore), ACA-VDCA Stadium (Visakhapatnam), and R. Premadasa Stadium (Colombo)—these are the 5 grounds to host the World Cup matches.
As the Women's ODI World Cup returns to India after 12 years, India will feature in the opening game of the tournament in Bengaluru on September 30 as the Women’s Cricket World.

Venues can depend on Pakistan match results
According to the report released by the International Cricket Council (ICC), "The first semi-final will take place in either Guwahati or Colombo on October 29, with the second semi-final to be played the following day on October 30 in Bengaluru. The two finalists will then have at least two days to prepare for the title decider, with the final of the 2025 Women's World Cup to be held in either Bengaluru or Colombo on Sunday, November 2". Important thing to note is that if Pakistan qualifies, then the final will be held in Colombo.
India, Australia, England, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan are the 8 teams to take part in the tournament. Australia will be one of the clear favorites to win the title, as they are the defending champion.
