IPL 2025: Chennai Super Kings Playing 11 vs Delhi Capitals

IPL 2025 match 17 is going to be played between Chennai Super Kings vs Delhi Capitals which is going to be played in MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk which is the home ground of Chennai. This year Chennai started the campaign with a good start by beating Mumbai Indians at their opening encounter but after that following two matches were just awful for Chennai. They looked completely different team in those two games. CSK's second game was against Royal Challengers Banglore that too in Chepauk Stadium where RCB hadn't won after 2008. It was the high stakes for RCB to win the match which was led by young captain Rajat Patidar where he won the toss and elected to bowl first. RCB posted the target of 196 runs whereas in reply CSK was only able to score 146 losing 8 wickets and lost it by 50 runs.

Chennai In Deep Trouble
It was a sudden shock for Chennai and its fans because it didn't feel like a depth of loss but the team didn't show enough intent to chase the target which was criticised by fans and experts. CSK's third game was against Rajasthan which was played in Guhwati. It was an intense match for CSK match where they won the toss and elected to field first, For RR it was too important they too had lost a few of their matches. RR posted a total of 182 runs, with a loss of 9 wickets. 
Chennai started the chase with Ravindra and Ruturaj on the crease, Csk lost Ravindra in their first over itself which created chaos in the chase. Soon CSK were back on track but the were losing wickets at regular intervals at the end equation came, 22 required 6 balls with Dhoni and Jadeja on the crease but they too were able to give the desired finish to the game where CSK lost the match by 7 runs, addressing the deeper problems to the team.

 Chennai has to rectify their mistakes in batting where they are not contributing much on powerplay they have the least powerplay scores than other teams compared, too much confusion digging deep into the problem the idea of taking the game deep issue ok but without the desiresultssuis is total waste how much you justify because at last the win matters to stay in the league. CSK's next match is against Delhi who are in a red hot form winning both of the matches. To beat them Chennai has to play some extraordinary cricket. Chennai Super Kings playing 11 for the match.
