Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will play against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the sixty-one match of IPL 2025 at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.
When they last played these two teams, in the match between Lucknow Super Giants and Sunrisers Hyderabad, SRH scored 190 runs for 9 wickets. Nicholas Pooran from LSG played a quick and powerful innings, scoring 70 runs off just 26 balls. Mitchell Marsh also helped with 52 runs. Thanks to their great batting and bowling, LSG chased down the target in 16.1 overs and won the game by 5 wickets.
Manimaran Siddharth: He’s a left-arm spinner who helps the team when the pitch helps the spin bowlers. In LSG’s first match against Delhi, he came in as an Impact Player and took two wickets, making a good start to the IPL 2025 season.
Himmat Singh: A strong middle-order batter who can hit big shots if the team needs in the final overs. He was used as an Impact Substitute against the Rajasthan Royals and could be useful in the later overs to boost the score.
Rajvardhan Hangargekar: A bowling all-rounder, took 14 wickets in 16 T20 matches. He can also hit a few big hits at the end of the innings and give the team an extra bowling option if needed.
Matthew Breetzke: A top-order batter known for his attacking style. He’s been in good form lately and can be a good choice if early wickets fall, especially while chasing a target.

Abhinav Manohar: He came in to bat for SRH when the team was in big trouble at 35/5 against MI. He can be useful as a finisher who can steady the innings and score some quick runs at the end.
Rahul Chahar: The leg-spinner has been sitting out for most of the season, but with the next match in Lucknow, he can make some good spin and get batters in trouble.
Wiaan Mulder: A solid all-rounder from South Africa who can help the team with both bat and ball. He’s the kind of player who adds balance to the side.
Sachin Baby: A dependable batter who can be brought in if SRH lose early wickets. He’s a good backup option and can help build the innings when needed.
