Nehal Wadhera produced one of the best catches of the season to dismiss a well-settled Rohit Sharma. After losing Ryan Rickelton's wicket in the beginning of the 6th over, it was Rohit Sharma who held one side of the wicket, and Suryakumar Yadav tended to play his natural game.
When it looked all settled for Mumbai Indians, a pair of Surykumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma were comfortably driving MI's innings, and Punjab Kings' Harpreet Brar did the damage. Sharma went for a biggie against a floating delivery of Brar; the connection between the ball and the bat was not connected well.
Thus, instead of clearing the boundary line, the ball was about to touch the ground well inside the rope. In the meantime, Wadhera, from long on, runs quite a bit in front and takes a very good low catch while tumbling forward. Rohit departs on 24 (21), and then the Mumbai Indians' score was 81/2.

Harpreet Brar was an underrated pick for Punjab Kings. Unlike the star status of Yuzvendra Chahal, Barar, despite being a member of PBKS for 7 IPL seasons, his stats are far away from crazy and contributed to a limited number of matches. But in this season, he took his performance to another level.
In 7 IPL 2025 matches so far, the spinner has claimed 10 wickets, with an 8.52 economy rate. In his last four matches with PBKS, the Meerut-born cricketer claimed 7 wickets. As Punjab progressed for the playoffs, expectations will be higher from Harpreet Brar.
