On Sunday evening (May 18), the Delhi Capitals vs Gujarat Titans (DC vs GT) match has been scheduled for the 60th match of the IPL 2025 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. It will be their second meeting this season, while Gujarat Titans claimed a dominant win in their previous meeting by seven wickets in their final-over chase of the 204-run target in Ahmedabad. 

Gujarat Titans are in the top two places in the latest IPL 2025 points table with 16 points in 11 matches, with eight wins and three losses. Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals are struggling in the fifth position with 13 points in 11 games after recording six wins, four losses, and one no result. Titans are running with a two-match winning streak, while Capitals lost two straight fixtures before their last match ended in a no result.  

Gujarat Titans are favourites to finish among the top two teams in the league stage, while Delhi Capitals are fighting to earn their place in the Playoffs, as they need wins in their upcoming matches.

IPL 2025, Match 60: DC vs GT - Playing XIs Status

In the Delhi Capitals squad, Donovan Ferreira, Jake Fraser-McGruk, and Mitchell Starc are unavailable for the remaining IPL 2025. Although the Bangladesh left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman is set to join the franchise, he is unlikely to play on Sunday. 

English star Jos Buttler is only available till the Playoffs of the season, while Sri Lankan Kusal Mendis will then replace him for the Playoffs. Like Buttler, Kagiso Rabada also has the same story, as he will miss the Playoffs.
