IPL 2025: Probable Playing XI for DC vs MI

In the 29th match of the IPL 2025, Delhi Capitals vs Mumbai Indians (DC vs MI) has been scheduled for Sunday evening (April 13) at Arun Jaitley Stadium (Delhi).

It will be the fifth match for the table toppers Delhi Capitals, who have won all four matches and have eight points. After starting the season with a stunning one-wicket win against Lucknow Super Giants, they beat SunRisers Hyderabad, Chennai Super Kings, and Royal Challengers Bengaluru by seven wickets, 25 runs, and six wickets, respectively. 

On the other hand, the eighth-placed Mumbai Indians have two points after five matches. Apart from thrashing the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders by eight wickets, MI lost against Chennai Super Kings (by 4 wickets), Gujarat Titans (by 36 runs), Lucknow Super Giants (by 12 runs), and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (by 12 runs).

IPL 2025, Match 29: DC vs MI - Playing XIs status

The only unbeaten side of the IPL 2025, Delhi Capitals, don’t need any changes in the squad. However, their batting is yet to prove itself, while in-form KL Rahul is playing a big role in their batting line-up. 

Five-time IPL champions are deeply struggling, and the top-order batters have disappointed. While the team is unlikely to make any big changes despite a poor start, it is time for Tilak Varma’s batting order promotion.
