In the 67th match of the IPL 2025, Gujarat Titans vs Chennai Super Kings (GT vs CSK) has been scheduled for Sunday afternoon (May 25) at Narendra Modi Stadium (Ahmedabad). It will be their first meeting of this season. While it will be the last game for the CSK this season, GT will play their last league stage fixture in this tournament.
It is the big time for the Gujarat Titans to secure their place in the top two positions in the points table, as a win will be enough for them. In the IPL 2025 latest points table, the IPL 2022 champions Titans are leading with 18 points after 13 games with a record of nine wins and four losses.
Meanwhile, the five-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings are set to end the campaign in the last position in the points table. While CSK have six points after 13 matches (three wins and 10 losses), a win in the last game will still hard for them to avoid the last place in the points table due to massive net run rate differences (CSK net run rate -1.030) with the ninth place Rajasthan Royals (eight points; net run rate -0.549).
