Again, change in venue due to unfamiliar conditions. The upcoming IPL 2025 match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) was scheduled to be held in M. Chinnaswamy, Bengaluru.

According to the latest report, Chinnaswamy will not be held host; the venue is shifted. As per a recently published report, the RCB vs. SRH match, which is scheduled to happen on May 23 at Bengaluru, will be arranged at Ekana Cricket Stadium on the same date.

Bengaluru has been receiving constant rain; for that reason, the conditions over there are not favorable to arrange a cricket match. On May 17, the RCB vs. Kolkata Knight Riders match was washed out completely without playing a single delivery. Since then, the weather has not improved too much.

Both teams will placed their teams for a possible win

According to the weather forecast, there will be possibilities of rain in Bengaluru on May 23 as well, especially after the afternoon; all over, the weather is to remain overcast all day. So, the IPL organizers have no option but to shift the venue.

From the perspective of the points table, the RCB vs. SRH match does not have any strong significance; the Pat Cummins-led side is already knocked out of the tournament, and Rajat Patidar's Royal Challengers Bengaluru has already confirmed a ticket to the play-offs. But still, off teams will have at least one purpose each to win the game. RCB will look to own the match in hopes of confirming the possible first place on the ladder, and SRH will step into the field to protect their pride.
