Match 55 will feature Sunrisers Hyderabad vs. Delhi Capitals on May 5, 2025, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. The match begins at 7:30 PM IST and will be led by Pat Cummins for SRH & Axar Patel for DC. This match is important for DC to make a good claim for a playoff spot & SRH to close their campaign after a disappointing IPL 2025. IPL 2025, Match 10 - March 30, Visakhapatnam
After SRH could only muster 163, led by Aniket Verma's 46 runs from 28 balls, DC's Mitchell Starc (5/25) and debutant Zeeshan Ansari (3/36) took the bowling honors as SRH got bowled out. DC were always ahead in their chase, as Faf du Plessis scored a quickfire 54* from 36 balls and Tristan Stubbs scored 32*. SRH's Harshal Patel (1/40) was lackluster. Starc was Player of the Match with his career-best T20 figures.
IPL 2024, Match 35 - April 20, Delhi
Travis Head was phenomenal, scoring 89 runs from 32 balls, and Abhishek Sharma scored 46 runs from 12 balls, leading SRH to a mammoth score of 266/7. DC's Jake Fraser-McGurk scored a swashbuckling 65 runs from 18 balls, but T. Natarajan took 4/19, including some major wickets, to restrict DC to 199. SRH achieved the win due to disciplined bowling, and Head was Man of the Match for his innings.

IPL 2020, Qualifier 2 - November 8, Abu Dhabi
DC scored 189/3, with Marcus Stoinis scoring 38 runs from 27 balls and Shikhar Dhawan scoring a fluent 78 runs from 50 balls. SRH's innings never quite got moving, despite a 67-run innings from Kane Williamson off 45 balls, and Stoinis (3/26) and Kagiso Rabada (4/29) bowled extremely well in their final match of the tournament. Stoinis was awarded the Man of the Match for his all-round performance, contributing a speedy 38 and also being able to capture three key wickets.
