IPL 2026: From Bumrah-like yorkers to wicket-taking deliveries, Money Grewal can be good prospect for Delhi Capitals
Like many other Indian Premier League (IPL) teams, Delhi Capitals (DC) may also try to cash in on multiple future prospects.

Like many other Indian Premier League (IPL) teams, Delhi Capitals (DC) may also try to cash in on multiple future prospects. In the previous season (IPL 2025), DC started their campaign in a promising manner, but, during the crucial stage of the tournament, they lost their momentum and failed to extend their run to the Super Four stage.
After that, ahead of the IPL 2026 mini auction, there are high chances to see the team management trying to rope in multiple talents to refresh their squad. Money Grewal, a talent fast bowler from Delhi, caught attention during the Delhi Premier League (DPL 2025) with his bowling skills. He was the top wicket taker of the tournament.
During his stint with Central Delhi Kings, the pacer took 20 wickets in 11 matches at an average of 14.70, including a 5-wicket haul. The right-handed medium pacer made headlines by taking a hat-trick during a East Delhi Riders vs Central Delhi Kings match on August 27, 2025. It was the wicket-taking intent that made him different from other bowlers of the tournament. Another plus point of his bowling is the yorkers; Grewal can effortlessly deliver toe-breaking yorkers to dismantle the batters.
