In Match 10 of IPL 2026, Sunrisers Hyderabad will play against Lucknow Super Giants at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad on April 5. While Sunrisers Hyderabad will aim to extend their success, Lucknow Super Giants will look to register their first victory this season.

Sunrisers Hyderabad got their first win of the season with a strong performance against Kolkata Knight Riders. Their batting was very aggressive from the start. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma gave a fast start, adding 82 runs in just a few overs. Later, Heinrich Klaasen scored 52, and Nitish Reddy added 39 to take the team to 220 runs. In bowling, SRH dominated again by bowling out KKR for 161. Jaydev Unadkat took three wickets, while Eshan Malinga and Nitish Reddy picked up two wickets each. SRH will be confident after this all-round performance.

Lucknow Super Giants had a poor start as they lost their first match to Delhi Capitals. The batting lineup failed to deliver, and they got all out at 141 runs. Mitchell Marsh and Abdul Samad were the only batters who scored some runs. The team also tried a new plan by sending Rishabh Pant as an opener, but it did not work. In bowling, Mohsin Khan took two wickets, but it was not enough to stop DC from chasing the target easily. LSG will look to improve both their batting and bowling in this match.

SRH vs LSG: Pitch Report

The pitch in Hyderabad is expected to be balanced, helping both batters and bowlers. Fast bowlers and spinners can both get some support from the surface. Since it is an afternoon match, the pitch may be dry because of the hot and sunny weather. The ball might swing a bit in the first few overs during the powerplay. A good first innings score at this ground is around 170 runs.
